"We've stopped by this Kith location several times. The sales people are friendly and are willing to help answer any questions. This location is a two story store. The lower floor has the Kith items. They carry the Calvin Klein Kith underwear, which we've bought. They have their sports line and a kids/baby clothing section too. Upstairs they carry different types of shoes, jewelry and more clothes. If you are into street wear that's a little more higher end and unique, stop by and check out the store."
"My recent visit to Kith in Hawaii left me deeply disappointed and frustrated. While the store itself had a great selection of fashionable clothes, the customer service I received from an employee named Davis(found from receipt) with was nothing short of appalling. As a first-time visitor to Hawaii, I was excited to explore the local shops and indulge in some retail therapy. However, my enthusiasm was quickly dampened when I approached the counter to pay for my purchases. I had a simple request - to check the size and the total amount of my purchase. Davis, the cashier, treated me as if I were invisible and completely ignored my question. It's disheartening to encounter racism or discrimination anywhere, but especially in a place that should be dedicated to providing a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers. I am of Asian descent and reside in New Zealand, where I also run my own business. I understand the importance of customer service and its impact on a brand's image. Davis's lack of basic customer service skills not only tarnished my impression of Kith but also reflects poorly on the brand as a whole. I strongly believe that Kith should invest in proper training for its employees, especially those like Davis, who are responsible for directly interacting with customers. If someone is unwilling or unable to fulfill their duties and provide decent customer service, then they should reconsider whether this job is the right fit for them."
"I had a great experience with their products, but unfortunately, my interaction with the employees left much to be desired. My friends and I visited the store spontaneously around 8:45 pm with the intention of trying on some clothes to check for the right size. However, the staff informed us that they were closing in 10 minutes and we couldn't try anything on but could still make purchases. I understood the time constraint and decided to return the next day to try on an outfit I really liked. I was impressed with their designs and quality, so I proceeded to make a purchase. At the checkout counter, there was an employee named Davis. I asked him to ring up my items but received no response. He eventually scanned my clothes but didn't acknowledge my request to double-check the size. I asked again and finally got a response, but he repeated my question back to me, making me feel embarrassed. To my surprise, he suddenly asked for my passport. When I inquired why he needed it, he mentioned something about matching it with a credit card. I hadn't mentioned using a credit card, nor had I shown him one. He seemed to be making assumptions about me without any basis. I was quite upset but managed to keep my composure and told him I would pay with cash. As he counted my money and wrapped my clothes, he appeared visibly unhappy. Once the transaction was complete, he left the shopping bag on the counter without saying a word to indicate that my purchase was ready for me to take. I had to grab my items and leave the store on my own. It was the worst checkout experience I've ever had, and it seems that their top priority is not providing friendly customer service. Furthermore, I felt that I was treated unfairly, as Davis repeated my words back to me and asked for my passport, possibly due to my Asian background and different English accent. This experience has left a lasting negative impression on me, and I have no intention of returning to this store."
"Great Shop with Exclusive Gear in Honolulu. From shows to cutting edge attire they had a futuristic look on shopping. You can definitely find something amazing in this two story outfitter."
