Arrived to pay ridiculous additional charge, for the difference in my order. Contacted headquarters, asking to remove store as participant in app. Jin lady expresses her ugly negativity - customers, subway, store location. NOW...SUBWAY WILL LOSE MORE MONIE$ THEN WHAT I PAID FOR. Subway, fix your app...and store peeps, fix your ugly attitude."

"The first few times I went the workers didnt change their gloves or wash their hands between sandwiches. This recent visit there were 3 workers behind the counter I asked the closest person if they had any soup. She replied yes and when I asked what kind one of the other customers told her to finish his sandwich so she turned back and the other 2 people who were just standing there turned and walked to the back of the store. No one would anwer my simple question. I left. I will not be going back. Their cleaniness and customer service are horrible"
