"Absolutely delicious food with incredibly friendly and attentive service. We loved the cashew prik pao (pictured) which was a heavenly dish infused with Hawaiian touches like being beautifully served in a pineapple. We also got the chicken satay, spicy tuna roll, pad Thai, and poke bowl which were all really delicious. The gin cocktail we got was eloquently presented with a king cube and dehydrated orange slice. The staff were very warm and welcoming too. We look forward to going back on our next trip!"
"DELICIOUS Thai food in koloa town! Excellent non- rushed service. The vegan Thai curry with steamed tofu was 10/10! My husband loved the cashew dish, and friend got the fried rice. Pretty presentation too! We will be back soon:)"
"Just tried Koloa Thai Bistro, and think they are doing great considering they have been open less than a month. They are not quite five star yet, but there is promise that they will be in the future: Music was great, but just a little too loud, so we could not hear what the many people who came to help were asking or saying very easily. We love to be served steaming hot food, but our dishes were just warm on the outside, but did get hotter as we got deeper into our dishes. Husband got the Pad Thai with chicken, I had the dish with cashews, with a few alterations. I asked for “medium” heat, and was kindly told the chef doesn’t do that, but they would bring red peppers so that I could make my own adjustments. BOTH DISHES WERE ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! So, please try this place yourself. Considering they are so new, we had a very good experience, and look forward to returning in the future."
"Flavor & texture of the food was amazing. Food was plated very nice(looks super beautiful in person). Excellent & friendly service. Small space but has nice cozy scenery. Has 2 teppanyakj grills. This is a place I would definitely eat at again."
