"The Bangkock sliders tasted off. Sent back and the waitress stated, “the meat was fresh, yesterday. However the off taste might be from the Cole slaw”. She did not charge for it, which is good. Tried the Poipu roll sushi. Which was the ONLY sushi roll that didn’t have “spicy” fish. (Look up the reason why restaurants serve “spicy” rolls). Good but not the freshest I’d expect from an island eatery. Railing was sticky, I blame it on old paint. Servers were nice however I would not go back."

"Place was very unsanitary. Food was not worth the prize. Sushi was warm when we got it the fish was left out in the open room temperature flies everywhere flies got on her food waitress had passed our food item of sushi five times and when we were served our sushi. It was warm. Food was very bland. Tables were sticky flies. Annoying you Know straws with water and silverware looks dirty and disgusting paid over $100 for food that was not good. Very not worth your time or money."

"Chicken dumplings were very good and Shrimp tempéra also good. Spice ahi tuna rolls not very good ( tuna was ground up ). Order of french fries was cold, complained, same fries were refried and served, terrible. Waitress staff not very pleasant, bad attitude"

"Stopped by for mid afternoon sushi and a beer. Very quiet. Sushi was very good but service was poor. We got our sushi and has to remind our waitress about our beer. Needed more training and an attitude adjustment."

"The food was not good. The poke bowl was decent, but we were disappointed with the sushi. The Poipu Roll was plain and just lackluster. The Jimmy Hendricks roll had good sauce but the fish was just ok and the tempura taste sort of stale. Also, our rolls came at different times and we were nearly done eating when my friend finally got her roll. The atmosphere was nice with live music. The bathrooms were beyond disgusting, had caution tape and smelled bad. We also had to ask for water and could've used more than 1 refill. I tried to politely express concerns to the manager but he made excuses but did refund 15%. It has potential, but overall I would not recommend."
