"This company is terrible. I recently lost my home in the Paradise fire. Nearly two weeks after the fires they have given me nothing but headaches. Despite overwhelming evidence that the entire city was lost, they are still arguing with me wether my home is still standing. I've sent them dozens of photos showing the evidence. They are refusing advance me any sort of my content coverage, despite the insurance company stating this is a requirement. They want to pay us 20k for loss of use when all estimates show that our costs will be nearly ten times that much and our policy covered up to 65k. Unethical, and incompassionate..... heartless"
