"These guys are jokers. They took my bike in for a service but guess what? They didn't have full synthetic oil -- which, it turned out was available from O'Reileys -- I agreed to semi-synthetic but guess what? They didn't have an oil filter. I had to pick my bike up untouched -- could they not have told me all this when they accepted the order over the phone and not wasted my time and effort in getting it there, and leaving it, and getting it home? I did it myself. Please think twice before you use these people. Zero effort or conscience."
