"North lake Tahoe has some unusual building theories over the years and if you own one of these “Tahoe houses” then you need In Motion Mechanical. I had a return air that was run through the walls in the 70’s and then the ducting system was pieced together with ace hardware parts over the course of 20 years. Chad was up front about the significant cost to fix the ducting system but I knew it ALL had to be redone to operate correctly so this gave me confidence that Chad could see the extent of issues also. Juan showed up and assessed the situation coming up with a beautiful and functional solution to the return air. Juan, juan(two different guys) and the team were all great even working through April snow. The ducting system is completely closed now and heats the house in a third of the time. Every contractor that has come into the garage to work has commented on the ducting system and how it is better than new house builds. The pictures show the return air is the entire wall and ceiling which gives us plenty of airflow. Ingenious solution by Juan so we didn’t have a large duct hanging down. If only all companies in tahoe trained, outfitted and supported their staff like this. Spending money on quality product and service is always rewarding. Call A&M and prepare to be rewarded."
