"Dave really helped my family out when we needed it! We did not prepare properly for a snow storm & our Chrysler got stuck in the snow & we did not have chains. We called roadside assistant, multiple tows & it was going to cost $300 to get towed to mountain hardware to just pick up chains. That was way too much for 3 mile drive from our hotel (where we were stuck) we saw that Uber does package send & receive service. We called mountain hardware & asked if we could pay for our chains over the phone & give our chains to the Uber driver . And Dave agreed and completed this for us no problem. He saved us so much money & we were so relieved once the chains were in our possession & got our car unstuck! Thank you so much!!"
