"What a terrific experience. I was immediately welcomed and chose to sit at the bar. Looking around it became apparent the margaritas were popular. Upon looking at the menu I also realized I should partake in the taco Tuesday special. Within minutes I was engaged in conversation with fellow patrons to my right and left, the karaoke machine was blasting songs and the entire bar was singing led by the bartender. I left the evening having filled my stomach with delicious tacos and savory margaritas, I had a handful of new friends in many belly laughs to show for it."

"This was our second time eating here, having visited a few years ago on a California road trip. We were bar hopping in Truckee and the bartender said if we're looking for good Hispanic food, we should absolutely go to Casa Baeza and to ask for "Clay Pots". Well, we weren't disappointed. Even during COVID restrictions, this place was amazing. Great service, delicious food, and those clay pots were devilishly good. We hadn't stopped talking about that place in the few years since we ate there, and made sure it was on our itinerary when we made a motorcycle ride into Reno for Street Vibrations 2023. On a day where we rode through Virginia City, around Lake Tahoe, and through Truckee, we made sure to stop for dinner at Casa Baeza. It was everything we wanted and more. This time we brought a friend with us and they had nothing but great things to say about the food and drinks. This is a long winded explaining to say that we really loved our experience here and we thank them for making our adventures extra magical. We know we will be coming back again."
"Dropped by here with a few friends on a Monday eve at 830pm- It was pack and for good reason. I ordered a michalada to start. It was delicious!! I will definitely come back for these on my next trip to reno. I had the carnitas platter with pinto beans and rice. My friend had the chicken chimichanga with beans and rice. Both plates didn't stand a chance to see a Togo box."
"Great vibes and decent food. I’ve had better Mexican food before but it was still enjoyable. Respectable prices and friendly staff, though the salsa was very runny and the food took quite a while to be cooked. Really cool water pitchers too!"
