"This is the worse Health Care provider you will ever deal with. After getting the referral straight from Optum to have my sleeping pills refilled, they set 3 video consolations. There was mis-communication on the first two, but we worked it out. On the 3rd, they sent two reminder...at 8:15 pm the night scheduled, no one showed, no one called. I then spent 4 days emailing, calling, leaving messages. Finally someone picked up and apologized, stating they would call me back within the hour. They never called and I've continued to call and leave messages. Finally Optum referred me over to a Health Care provider that takes care of their patients. This place is a joke...do not use them."

"Me and my therapist Lydia have sessions over the phone every Saturday and she has helped me work through my ptsd in a professional and healthy while connecting and understanding what I’m trying to say I always look forward to it because it’s my time to work through my problems with amazing help"

"Even though they are recommended through insurance, they will no longer take teachers insurance will not help us teachers in need. They are still being promoted through the psychology today website though giving hope where there is none."

"Great for Tricare families. Most places in Vegas don’t take Tricare or you’re on a long waiting list. After completing the paperwork, I was scheduled with my clinician the same week. For the teenager giving us the blues, they were also able to find her a therapist quickly!"

"Well this office started off really well. The doctor I had really cared about my well being and took her job seriously. A true professional. Well unfortunately it didn't end well. The doctor I was seeing left and then I got treated by the bottom of the barrel when it comes to staff. The first doctor I saw basically told me things would be okay when I came to her about my mental health issues. She didn't continue the treatment that was working for me that had been established before. She was a black woman that literally belittled and downplayed my issues. Then I had another appointment with a Hispanic lady. She was worse than the previous doctor and basically called me a drug addict but in a professional manner. Then the last doctor was great. A southern gentleman that actually listened to my issues. Well this morning I got an email, not a phone call telling me that I was discharged from care because my issues are more than they can handle. No what they meant was I'm going to complain when I'm not treated with respect and for that we're not going to treat you. This office still doesn't do in office visits and their staff is trash that doesn't care about the well being of their patients. I'm going to continue to complain when I'm not treated fairly or my care plan doesn't work. Mental health issues are not taken seriously at this clinic and I hope no one self harms or worse because they can't get the care they need or deserve here at this clinic. As someone who is a cutter this was the worse possible place for me to be."
