"I was diagnosed with arthritis in both knees and doctor suggested physical therapy. I made an appointment at ATI's Charleston location going twice per week for four weeks. The therapists are all wonderful. They push me but also ask questions so that they don't push me too hard. (I was the one sometimes increasing my reps.) They all work very well together so you're never waiting between exercises as someone will check the computer and move you on to the next exercise. They helped me so much that I was able to stand for five hours on concrete at a volunteer event without knee pain. I've now "graduated" from PT and they've given me a printout of all the exercises so that I can do them at home. I would highly recommend ATI."
