"I was a little nervous about my first sleep study, but immediately upon arrival the staff were very nice and welcoming. My sleep tech, Brian (i hope i spelt his name right) was very kind and answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable. If i need to do another sleep study, i would definitely feel safe and comfortable in Brians care."

"My daughter (8) did a sleep study here last week. The women who worked there (I didn't catch her name) was FANTASTIC! My daughter was nervous going in didn't know what to expect. The woman made her laugh so much, made her so comfortable, and made the whole experience so much more enjoyable. I'm not sure her name but she told us about her trip to Disney for her 50th! "I brought by 2 year old and the technicians we very kind and easy going. They made us feel so very comfortable and the rooms were very clean. Definitely would recommend for your children."

"I couldn’t even bring my daughter in because this company has zero respect for its clients. I was referred by a ears nose and throat doctor. I called and scheduled an appointment and later during the week had to cancel due to work. The second time I preparing to go with my daughter, my daughter for diarrhea and a nasty cold. I had to reschedule again, but the company never not one told me they charge you $25.00 dollars for a cancellation. I told them I was never told that and what am I suppose to do bring a sick child into the place and the sleep study become useless. The woman ignored everything I said and stated I would be charged. I laughed and said good luck getting paid cause you don’t have any info on me or my daughter except a name and time we were suppose to show. The receptionist was rude on the phone and refused to give a date and time I could go with my daughter then tried to charge for a cancellation for the following day not even the same day."

"While my 6 month old infant son is sleeping in a queen sized adult bed I am angrily writing this review of this business. First of all, if you are going to do a sleep study on an infant there should be a crib for him to sleep in. I’m extremely terrified of going to sleep in fear of him falling, and I definitely can not sleep in the bed with him in fear rolling over on him. Another issue was the lack of hand washing and using filthy used probes on my son’s foot. My son is a medically complex child and there were no standard precautions. I feel that anything used directly on a patient should be new, and the tech never washed his hands. Now, let’s deal with the privacy issue... I breast feed my son and the male tech just walks in and doesn’t even knock before entering. At this point I’m no longer comfortable with finishing the study and I have decided to leave. I just don’t think it safe for my child to be here nor is there any privacy. I really hope they fix these issues so I can get my son the sleep study he needs."
