"I would give a negative review if possible!!! Ive been going to this office for 2 years and never once had a problem, until today.. I went back and forth with Dr. Wrightsons office and my insurance to get an approval on a prenatal vitamin 2 weeks prior to the 4 HOURS today.. Finally at 445pm I spoke to Dr. Wrightson as he told me “the insurance company does not pay us to take time out of our day to send an approval to them” which is CLEARLY his job.. only the doctor can send in the approval.. also he told me “if you can’t afford something like that, then it’s a cause for concern for other things” what other this might that be? Are you suggesting I am not fit to be a parent due to my financial situation? To which you, DOCTOR WRIGHTSON, HAVE NO RIGHT TO SPEAK UPON! I will filing a formal complaint to HIPAA. There is no reason you should ever DENY an expecting mother an approval for a medication that her insurance WILL cover due to your LAZINESS.. AND make an expecting mother feel the way he made me feel today!"

"Dr Wrightson is an incredibly patient doctor with exceptional bed side manner - I know see for only gynecological- and believe that now that I am in late 40s he will be my doc. He is also the doc of my child baring daughters. For my 19 year old, she is so comfortable with him - surprising since she is so modest. Hr has expertise in all areas from delivering babies to the change. I would tell you personally- this pre change stuff would be awful if not for him."

"He was off putting and rude. Don't use him if you are not in tip top shape and pregnant. He will fat shame you and say "no offense". Appeared to be nice when I first started seeing him but turned into a rude doctor with a lack of bed side manner when his student doctor failed to find my babies heartbeat.Telling me I should not gain any weight while pregnant because I am already obese. What kind of OB would say that to a pregnant woman!"
