"This office didn't get their claim paid due to Intermountains mess up. At the time, I was with Intermountain and stil have Humana but not Intemountain because they mess up too much. I switched to Centerwell. Intermountains did pay his claim. He was Very rude to me on the phone 11/29/23 when I wanted to cancel today."

"I called yesterday about my ingrown toe nail and Dr. Wayne got me in the next morning! Everywhere else wanted me to book a month in advance and my ingrown toenail was hurting bad. Dr. Wayne was super nice, laid-back and professional. He made me feel super comfortable through out the process and did my surgery in less than 5 minutes. I will be returning anytime I have any feet issues. Thank you Dr. Wayne!"

"I unfortunatley reached out to this doctor for an appointment and was quite surprised by the lack of professionalism I received. He was rude, impolite and kept referring to me as "the patient". I had called about a week earlier and left a message about a referral from my doctor - took me having to call a second time to actually get a call back. He sounded very inconvenienced on the phone, as if it were such a hassle to reach back out, as it was instructed for me to do, as there was no one to answer my initial phone call. I hope anyone who sees this particular doctor in the future is treated more pleasantly than I was."
