"Just had a rude experience with...guess...office staff...she repeatedly told me what I was in the wrong about. Way to blame the patient. Verbal delivery definitely needs improvement and a little empathy and sympathy goes a long way!"
"I adore Doctors Striblen and Lucero, I've been seeing Dr. Striblen for over 15 years, but the front office staff are abysmal. My medical bills are still sent to an old address after over 5 years of trying to correct. Bills are received when they're almost to collections after being told in office that I owe nothing. Scheduling is difficult and it's a constant game of phone tag to reach a doctor. The doctors in the facility are fantastic but they need better front staff for sure, they obviously don't care about the patients."
"There seems to be an issue with the front desk people but other than that I can't complain. Heather Harris is attentive, sympathetic, and genuinely cares about her patients. She takes her time at every visit to answer any questions at all. Other than a few payment issues and referral mistakes that were corrected this place is ok for a general practitioner"
"Very disappointed with this place my wife and I go here and I scheduled an appointment for my 88 year old mom as a new patient and there was a miscommunication on the appointment time I thought I was early with her for a 2pm appointment at 1:45 and the appointment was scheduled for 1:30pm. There was no effort to try and make an accommodation to get her in and now we have to wait another month. Do better Sundance that’s unacceptable."
