"I had the pleasure of working with Joe White. My husband and I are very healthy and active adults, but we developed injuries. I started having hip pain that lasted weeks. I finally decided to have a session with Joe and I wish I did it much sooner. His assessment was very comprehensive and thorough. I felt like a very autonomous patient because he showed me anatomy diagrams and described my injury in a way I could understand. He led me through exercises to improve my hip injury and even sent additional videos of exercises, upon my request. It has been months since I’ve had a session with Joe and I am feeling strong and pain-free. My husband had a different quad injury and Joe was able to analyze his squats. For the first time, probably ever, my husband does squats correctly and he is gaining great strength and stability. He is also now pain free. Both Dr. White and Dr. Wong are incredible professionals and I strongly recommend them."
