"The staff was helpful and friendly. My appointment was completed quickly, and my provider (I forget her name, thank you), mentioned getting a quick cancer screen, which we did (my first!). Why isn't it 5 stars? I had to wait. I preregistered the night before, and followed the instruction to arrive twenty minutes prior to my 7:30 appointment, and upon arrival (7:10), mentioned my preregistration. I wasn't seen until well past my 7:30 appointment time. It may have been an unexpected delay, but it wasn't punctual. Otherwise, thank you so much! Happy New Year :)"

"Timely care by very friendly and knowledgeable people. Bonnie & Joy were great people to work with. I could not be happier with the treatment I received. I'm a person that asks a lot of questions because I want to know what they are doing to me and they were both happy to answer my questions and keep me informed. "They saw me pretty quickly so that’s good, sign in was easy as well. The assistant was very nice and professional but if you are someone with more melanin, probably don’t book Bonnie. She seemed upset to be there with me, almost like she was irritated to have me as her patient. She was extremely quick, didn’t explain to me what she was doing or any of the medication she prescribed me. I had to google it at home. I went in with my sister and when she asked her a question about one of the medications, she rolled her eyes and have her quite a nasty look along with a sassy answer. Maybe she was having a bad day? But I recommend booking someone else if you have to come here and you’re skin is a bit darker."

"My first experience with Skin and Cancer Clinic was amazing. Everyone including the doctor were so nice and thoughtful making sure I was comfortable. The procedure to remove a growing cyst behind my right ear was quick and painless and went well. It didn't regrow like the last time I had this procedure done at a different clinic.
