I found him later as he had opened a concierge medical service, and I couldn’t be happier. While I have fantastic insurance, I chose to sign up with Quill. Now I have personalized medical service at my fingertips. No more 3 month waits for an appt. I can email him and get an answer the same day and usually get an appt same or next day. Dr. Bacala treats you as a person and actually listens and cares about you and your well being. I highly recommend him! My whole family now belongs to the service!"
