CareNow Urgent Care - Arby & Durango

"I visited urgent Care located at 7040 S. Durango Dr on 3-20-24 for an injured toe. The front desk lady was absolutely lovely and so was the entire staff, from the young lady who initially took me back and checked my vitals to the gentleman that cleaned my toe wound he reassured me and kept me calm. Simply wonderful & fantastic staff all around. Thank you all for taking such good care of me. -Bridgit"

"They always take care of me and im in and out in less than a hour . I bring all my kids here when sick . Dr is always listening and front desk is always welcoming . Nita and angela really took care of me and my husband with paper work and getting us in quick since our link wasnt working . We are in and out of this urgent care in 30-45 min ."

"The BEST location I’ve been to for CareNow. Every single member of the staff I dealt with were kind and polite and professional and even patient! The two ladies at the front desk were especially helpful, Nita and Angela. If it weren’t for them I wouldn’t have been seen and it would’ve been a completely different experience. "I've been going to this location for 2 years now. In the beginning, I did not make an appointment to visit because I had an eye infection. I had a friend drive me here and the wait time was only 1.5 hours. Extremely fast for a walk-in. Today, I came in due to coughing and tightness in my chest. I was acknowledged by the two receptionists. Was instructed to check-in through my phone and upload my ID and insurance information. Waited until my name was called. David, the MA, came in, asked a few questions, and did a few tests. Shortly after, Nancy, the NP, came in to check my breathing and to tell me my diagnosis. I was handed my papers and was told my prescription was sent over. As I was leaving, the two receptionists said bye to me. All in all, everyone was so nice, caring, and welcoming. I always feel cared for by the wonderful and knowledgeable staff at CareNow. Thank you."

"The most unprofessional service I’ve ever experienced at an urgent care. From the moment I arrived I was met with attitude and an unwelcoming tone by this employee at the front desk. She was already on a personal phone call by the time I got there and 40 minutes later, she was still on that same phone call letting everyone in the waiting room know about her personal business loud and clear. This isn’t particularly the type of person I would want representing the company if I was in charge. It is incredibly discouraging to come back here knowing this is the type of service I’ll be met with."
