"Misdiagnosed and ignored basically. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Came in with an issue between the nasal passage and throat which was causing extreme discomfort and the feeling of food getting stuck in my throat. The doctor scoped me through the nose to throat but so quickly that there was no way he even really took a thorough look. Told me that it is basically in my head and that I was having a traumatic response to what seemed like an uncomfortable feeling and recommended swallowing therapy. Knowing this is not what I was having an issue with and that there was something wrong, I went to another ENT doctor at a entirely different office. This other ENT was phenomenal and asked many questions before scoping me to understand what to look for. Once the new ENT scoped me, he found massive lesion in the velopharyngeal port area. Something the doctor at this location completely missed but would have been obvious to see if he had actually taking the time to listen and look. Don't go here, they are so busy that it feels like they just want you in and out."

"Pleased with our care at ENTC. I feel our doctor, Dr. Henry, listens to our concerns and takes the time to review outside medical records. Dr. Henry takes her time with us at each appointment. She promptly responds to our messages. We appreciate her expertise for our son."

"Had a pretty involved surgery with Dr Schroeder not long ago to fix a nose that's been chronically congested/runny/bleeding for years. The Dr himself is a nice guy with a great bedside manner. It's only been a week so of course final results are nowhere near completed, but so far so good. My nose was not only functionally near useless, it also looked pretty jacked up. Bent to one side, with a major bump on the bridge from breaking it and a partially collapsed nostril. The doc fixed all of that. My nose is now dead straight and the bump is gone. If I look at pics from years ago before all the damage, it looks pretty much the same again. All that said, I can see why people give low ratings for the experience / staff. I also waited a long time; just about a full year from my first referral exam to day of surgery. I kind of give them a pass on that. But yea some of the staff can be a little less than on the ball. I received pdf forms by email with the wrong name on them. I've sent requests for things by email that were never answered. I've called and been sent to voicemail to leave messages that were never returned. On emails that were returned, the same person would re-answer old questions from months prior or do other things that indicated they weren't paying attention to the email chain or hadn't bothered to just check my files. Little annoying crap like that. I can forgive all of that for a functional no longer mis-shapen beak, and that seems to be what I got."

"Do NOT waste your time! This office is just careless! My husband waited literally 2 months to finally go in just to get a call that they are not credentialed with his insurance. SO WHY SCHEDULE HIM IN THE FIRST PLACE! The woman says we can TRY for a visit in FEBRUARY, seriously? You just want to see what happens at our expense! Very unprofessional. Shows this place is just a business and not HEALTH CARE. So now he can continue to suffer untreated."

"My experience as a whole with ENT and Dr. Schroeder was terrible. From the beginning to the end. The staff did a terrible job scheduling me. Day of surgery the two staff checking me in were very rude, because I did not have the paperwork filled out on their app. I was told I could arrive 15min early to complete the questionnaire in office. Then my 10am fasted surgery didn't start until 2pm where they just had me sit and wait. After surgery I don't remember much, but my first post op 3 days later on friday, Dr. Schroeder removed my stints and left me in the room while I took a moment from the pain. A while went by, and I could hear his assistant pass me off to some girl that had no idea what was going on. So she came in and said great job, handed me a paper and told me to go. I got no instruction for after care or anything. I was then told by 4 different staff that my pain prescription would be fixed. It wasn't. So now it's Saturday and they can't help me. When I called an atrocious woman named Agnes answered and was so rude she was yelling at me over the phone telling me how she wasn't going to help me. 0 out of 5 stars. I hope no one has to deal with this level of incompetence."
