"This is the second time I had great experience with this Quick Care. Both time I haven’t even spend 1 hour in here.they always clean and barely people waiting. I can estimate only 30 min I spend here.both time were in and out for me. I highly recommend here I have quick care clinic near me but I always perfer this one . love the nurses and docs here.Keep up With the great work staffs☺️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"Absolutely the worst experience at a walk in clinic. I needed a referral, online they say they do referrals, no only for bone injuries. Would have been nice to know that during check in when I told the girl at the front. But instead they made me wait for 3 hours to tell me they dont do referrals. And the "doctors" at the rancho location cannot write prescriptions for seizure medication, they dont have the license. How embarrassing to tell a patient "I'm not qualified to give you a prescription for seizures" I'm absolutely goi g to dispute any charges to my insurance."

"I just came in on January 4th at 6:30 PM and my experience with all 5 employees i had talked to was extremely pleasant and comfortable. "Hi, this is Tabatha EBERHARDT I work with mental health adults. I brought one of my clients and to the quick care and I met a nurse name Krista and she was a very kind and supportive nurse, and a time at night. I had a mental health client that was very upset because she was sent to the quick care on a false pretense that she had a headache. Sc Whitney Brown caseworker stated she had a headache. Her coworker stated she had. And no one will listen to her. She said she did not have a headache. Provider asked her to be checked out just for the clarification so the state wouldn’t think that Provider was being negligent. She never stated she had a headache, but Krista was very calm very understanding very warm, and very welcome, she was the kind of nurse that anybody would want if they were in distress or in pain she showed a great concern and was very concerned and him and had lots of empathy and was very supportive to my client. When my client left the office. She felt so much better she was calm, all she could say was that nurse really cared about me and I felt her warmer and her gentleness towards me and my situation me as a provider that takes care of people myself she has a big heart and she’s very genuine words cannot explain how this nurse save the day and helped a mental health client in distress. She deserves 10 stars and more, if I personally were sick, I wouldn’t want her to take care of me. She has a heart for it very kind very loving, very gentle, very understanding and she was a great listener. She listen to the problem and did her best to resolve it. we’re so thankful for this nurse, I will always visit this office in UMC quick care on Rancho"
