"The idiots who call the numbers take forever. Also they sometimes call numbers they have already called. Tell whoever ur seeing to just check if ur there at the appointment time. This check in system is absolutely stupid"

"Just moved here in August. Had everything lined up for appointments at the VA network before I even left. I’m Diabetic and need psychiatric services. Evidently my primary has to refer me before that appointment. So.. it’s Oct 18th my appointment is on the 19th. I get a call that the appointment was made improperly because I’m new to this VA. They wanted to put me out to Dec 30 but I told them I had everything set up well in advance and need to get meds. Kinda important. I told em they dropped the ball on this and waiting to tell me of this issue till the day before my appointment was unacceptable. Guy on the phone asked “ How did we drop the ball?” Then said “Rules is rules.” What kind of answer is that. Had to get pissed to finally get a new Dr and an appointment for the Oct 30th. End of call there was no “Thank you for your service.” I hope they get it together. This isn’t how to treat a disabled veteran. So far, very unimpressed and worried about getting proper and courteous treatment."

"I have never had any issues with mr care here. Staff as ar any Federal facility can always be a little nicer. We so vets can be nicer to them also. They are people to and in most cases vets also. There are things that are out of out control when it comes with the VA. Learn and push is the best was to overcome. To my Vet family stay strong. Love you all"
