"My mother's doctor is wonderful however the staff needs to be retrained on how to properly get paperwork sent to a specialist she was referred to. We have been waiting since October to see doctor she was referred to. I was bounced around from one person to another trying to get the correct person to do their work. The Patient Services coordinator doesn't know her right hand from her left and she is supposed to be the one "coordinating" services needed. I'm still trying to get to the correct doctor with the correct paperwork. It has been an ongoing nightmare. I'm very disappointed with the staff at this facility because the doctor is not the issue but unfortunately I will be finding another doctor's office for my mother. I truly hope I get this resolved before the end of the year. It's a shame incompetent staff ruins the relationship with a great doctor."

"4.7 on the ratings scale....I don't think so. These are the same people that ran Healthcare Partners, I had a doctor there ignor my diabetes and it nearly cost me my life. I need to find a senior care facility and when I went to this place, I was told to be there at 12:15pm, I was there at 12:00 and I could see everyone in the back in some big meeting. I waited until 12:30pm and no one came out to see me. I got irritated and nearly walked out. Then they saw me and some POS small blond hair girl proceeds to berate me on my pain killer prescriptions which was several years prior. I jumped on her and said, "What are you talking about!?" Then I see this female doctor and you could just tell she was patronizing me....codifying me until I leave. She agreed with EVERYTHING I said and told me I look good and must be taking care of myself...yeah, I walked out and never went back."

"I have had nothing but the best experience with my doctor and his staff. My questions and concerns are always met with the utmost caring and concern. The answers are given simply and completely to my satisfaction. I travel a lot so virtual appointments are possible and addressed with the same kindness and complete attention as if I were right there in the office. "From check-in to leaving, I was treated more like a guest at a friend’s home than at a place of business. The smiles, the check-backs, always letting me know what was going on, all unlike ANY doctors office I’ve ever been in. Star, Dr Wong’s nurse was so kind, compassionate, informative and so very sweet!! Dr Wong is an amazing doctor!! First, he read my chart BEFORE seeing me. He asked a lot of questions to be sure he understood my complete medical history and symptoms. Also, before i ever had to ask, Dr Wong referred me to the various doctors that i was going to ask for referrals to. He answered every question patiently and asked throughout the visit if I understood and if I had any questions. He’s one of the BEST DOCTORS I’ve seen in ages!! On top of all of that, he’s human: meaning he’s personable, funny, and very reassuring. After the appointment, Star walked me to the desk to schedule my tests and follow-up appointment. I can’t remember her name but she was also very sweet, apologizing when she couldn’t get me in for a test as quickly as she had hoped. I feel very lucky knowing Dr Wong is my doctor and each member of his office staff works there with him."

"This place was nice and not too horrible on the time waiting. The staff was very nice and it is a walk-in, so that makes their courtesy even more impressive. I came in expecting a 4 hour wait time and was here for a total of 2 hours, including the time with the physician. Its location is convenient and they accept Blue Cross, the main reason I chose it. Hours are 8am to 8pm. If needed, I will be back."
