"I liked the actual doctors but their billing office is a joke and so it the wait time. Having an appointment and waiting an hour and a half even after coming early is insane. However, the billing office will be their downfall. I started coming to this office when I was around 9 weeks pregnant. I asked for a birth bill. For months I was told there is no out of pocket cost and that my insurance was covering my birth 100%. I knew they were wrong because this is my 3rd child with this insurance. I always had a payment due. I asked if someone from billing can call me. I kept getting told that they are informing billing to reach out to me which they never did. 5 months into the pregnancy I get a bill during check out that didn't make any sense. I again requested for billing to call me. I got no call. 7 months into the pregnancy I got an updated bill at check out that was requiring me to pay almost $500 for the next 5 months. I told them again it makes absolutely no sense and I have been requesting for billing to call me for months. Why would I go on a 5 months payment plan when I'm due in 2 months? I requested billing call me immediately to go over this bill. The girl (Bernadette) from billing finally calls me and basically tells me if I can't pay the bill they will drop me as a patient. She wouldn't let me explain anything. I was livid so I went up there the next day. I asked to speak to a manager and they had me speak to the Bernadette girl. I explained the situation to her and she apologized said that billing department has been short staffed and admitted to getting all of my call requests and not being able to answer them. She said she would call me back in a few days to see if they can work a better payment plan. Do you know she never called me but sent me a certified mail saying that I have 14 days to find a new OB. 7 months into my pregnancy. Your office is a dam joke. Your staff has no idea what the hell they are doing. Your communication as a company sucks. I had to change OBs 7 months into my pregnancy and ended up going to WHASN. I got my payment bill from them by my first appointment. Change to a different company these people are incompetent."

"Put my preferred name in my patient information and the lady at the front desk still dead named me. I corrected her politely and she didn't even acknowledge it. When they called my name they did the same exact thing. I told her as well and asked her to put it as a note in my chart. They weren't even able to help me with the whole reason I came there and couldn't even really refer me to another place. Your staff really needs better sensitivity training when dealing with trans and nonbinary people. And you need to train them to call the preferred name and not just read off whatever name is on the insurance or whatever. Will not be returning to this office."

"Every time I go it’s one of the worst medical experiences of my life. They have way too many patients to handle, they are ALWAYS running behind, it’s impossible to get ahold of anyone to get anything done, let alone just schedule an appointment. I’ve called once last week and again this week, still can’t get through to make an appointment to be seen. I’ve had an order placed for imagining THREE MONTHS ago that still hasn’t been completed because no one does their job at this office. My insurance company had to reach out to them directly because they wouldn’t respond to my portal messages or several voicemails. The waiting room is always crowded and feels like a Covid breeding room, especially when you’re sitting there waiting for an hour to be seen. The physicians and practitioners are average, not worth putting up with the office to see this group in particular. I have no idea how this office is rated as highly as it is. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone and will absolutely be leaving to go to a different OB group that provides better service & competence."

"This used to be a really great office. The doctors are all really great and knowledgeable, but they have become so overbooked that you wait at least 1.5 hrs after your appointment time to see a Doctor. When I had a medical emergency and needed and ultrasound as soon as possible, they couldn't schedule me until over a week later. They have way too many patients to provide good enough care for their current patients. This office is a circus every time I go in, and they need to stop taking new patients if they cannot provide the proper care."

"I recommend Heather and her team to EVERYONE I know and have for years! I’ve had the pleasure of seeing Mary and Dr Moody, as well as Amy the ultrasound tech and loved them all! Heather will always be the best Doctor I’ve ever had. She is a genuinely caring person that is always there for her patients! She helped me through 2 painful miscarriages and then got me through a terrifying pregnancy and delivered my sweet rainbow baby. Could not have asked for a better person to be with me through it all. Every single one of her staff members are just as sweet. Must be a requirement to work there! I’ve even had nurse friends confirm that they prefer working with this office over anyone! This is the place! Look no further!"
