"Where do I begin? Just do yourself a favor and don't go here! One star is given for the doctor who did the ultrasound, she was knowledgeable, communicative and had a good experience with her. I had to come here due to my insurance not accepting my physicians ultrasound. The receptionist I dealt with at the front that day seemed like she just started and didn't know what she was doing. She presented me with an invoice with my copay that is due when they checked my benefits. That being said, my insurance came back with a different invoice number and I had to pay more. Would it have been checked thoroughly I probably wouldn't even have gone here. Part 2? I didn't get my ultrasound pictures until 2 months later literally! First it was never sent when they said it would be then I called and they said the system was broken after half forgetting about it I call them back and they say that it's possible they didn't have them anymore cause they get discarded. Craziness! I had requested to speak to the manager several times and each time she's out and not there, she had a team meeting and then left afterwards. Does this woman even work? Just my experience it yours is better than you're lucky."

"I've been visiting the High Risk Center at the Post Road location since preconception after my husband and I had a miscarriage last year. The doctors have been amazing. I mainly see Dr. Jackson who is kind, caring and attentive. He helped me through preconception and has monitored me over my pregnancy. The staff is wonderful, super friendly and always helpful. I also have seen Dr. Pierce when Jackson is unavailable and she's wonderful as well. It's SO great to be able to have the doctor's and staff to give us so much guidance. The sonographers are also really great! I love getting my monthly pictures and videos texted to me and they use an app so I can save them and look back at baby's growth stages!! The nurse staff- Jess and Susana are amazing as are the nurses in Fetal Monitoring, shout-out to Rhea for your amazing care!! And Katie in the lab always finds my good veins. The front desk staff is wonderful and friendly and I can't say enough about this office. I highly recommend the Post Road location for your high risk pregnancy needs."

They made me feel always welcomed and safe and answered all my questions. Always left relieved knowing they were looking out for the best care for me and my baby.
