"This is why Mental Health is so prevalent in Vegas. Called to make an Appointment in JANUARY. Took 30 days just for the parental appointment. Before leaving the office they made my child appointment that was 4 weeks out. Before I could even get home they called to change it and it was pushed even further. The appointment landed on 3/20 (over 90 days since initial appointment) and they tell me 2 hours before her appointment that they need to cancel and reschedule yet another 4 weeks out. This whole company is a joke!"

"My first assessment with Brenda was great! I thought I was finally getting the help I need. I was wrong. It has been downhill ever since at HBI. You see someone new EVERY SINGLE visit. No one answers the phone. No one knows what's going on. I can't get my meds (that HBI prescribed) I have had NOTHING but problems since I started. Brenda is great though."
"I thought this place was going to be really awful based on some of the people hanging around but gotta say every single person working there is so nice and patient and helpful. The APRN I saw was the sweetest compassionate lady ever and I just cannot say enough nice things about them. Yes, it's like any state sponsored psych place, but they help so many homeless and other struggling people, it's understandable why it seems a little rough. I'm really glad I went against some of the reviews & tried it out."
"The doctor was sick and they advised that I could reschedule or see someone else, rescheduled. They billing manager or lady that came to review my "missed appointment" wouldn't even hear me out and over talked me say a missed appointment is a missed appointment. The office is a mess but that matters just as much as the service. Jared and Brenda are amazing and that's the one star.."
