"Staff on CHEYENNE was fabulous friendly and helpful. Staff at SUMMERLIN well front desk was fabulous helpful and sweet. As for the technician (MRI) was not professional impolite/rude Abraham DeLuna could have been a little more professional. Thank you."

"This place is a mess. My doctor sent in an order request and for nearly two weeks they called and text me everyday to book. Once I booked it was a two week wait with insurance or next day cash pay. My appointment time was bumped 15 mins the morning of but okay fine. I arrive early and check ins and the front desk ask for my order…I don’t have it they do. I tell him I don’t and they do and he basically says they don’t and can my doctor reach out. After 10 mins and thankfully my doctor being quick, I have an email with the order and forward it to the front desk. After realizing he wasn’t going to call me up I walk up to check if there’s anything I need to do…he says “oh yes I just got your email now. Please fill this paperwork out”. After an hour and half of waiting room, I was taken to the back where I waited another 20 mins to even be scanned. I will never come back."

"If you have other options, strongly consider them. Almost everything about my experience was less than subpar. Starting with scheduling. I had to call twice just to get someone who understood the order that my physician had given. The first scheduler told me the exam didn’t exist (even though they literally checked it on their referral sheet…) once I was scheduled, I got a phone call the morning of my exam and was told I needed to reschedule because their ultrasound tech called out. That also took 2 phone calls to get scheduled. People who work here apparently don’t know what services are offered and when. Once I was able to finally get a date and time set, and I arrived their ultrasound tech was incredibly rude. She questioned me half a dozen times as to why my physician ordered the exam. When I told her the in-house ultrasound they did had “incidental findings” they then referred me to them. She proceeded to interrogate me as to what the incidental findings were, and how they needed to write them on the referral. Constantly badging me while performing my exam, for an error my physician made. I am just the patient. I have zero control over any of this. I’m just following the referral I was given. The ultrasound tech also questioned me if I actually emptied my bladder or not. I’m sorry, because I don’t know how to use a restroom? Yes, I emptied my bladder! My whole experience with her was just awful. Not to mention I’m already terrified that there’s something wrong. When it came time to fax my provider the reports, they only sent half of them. So I ended up having to have 2 separate follow up appointments because they couldn’t get it right the first around. Literally the only good thing about SimonMed was the cleanliness of their office."
