Since opening our second location in Truckee's historic downtown in June 2017, we have been providing a unique venue to enjoy our diverse selection of Alibi beers, live music, and a creative food menu. Our space is designed to be comfortable and flexible, perfect for gathering and relaxation.
With 18 rotating Alibi beers on draft, cider, wine, and non-alcoholic options, there is something for everyone to enjoy. We also offer a variety of to-go beer options, including cans, bottles, crowlers, and growlers. Additionally, we have a selection of Alibi merchandise available for purchase, including gift cards.
Focusing on upscale pub fare with a worldly flair, our kitchen team crafts seasonal dishes that complement our adventurous beer menu. We prioritize sourcing local, seasonal, and sustainably-produced ingredients, ensuring that every dish tells a story.
Alibi Ale Works - Truckee Public House is a family-friendly establishment that welcomes minors. Dogs are allowed on leash in our outdoor beer garden (weather permitting). "Fantastic. First of all... Mustache pretzel. How can you not order that. Also it tastes great. Also Mona recommended the bison burger and also mentioned they sell out and they only had 7 left. I ordered it immediately and it was phenomenal. Right after we ordered we saw like 10 more people walk up and ask for one. Mona and Katie were both super friendly and efficient even though they were slammed when we first came in."
"Great vibe in this local institution. My kids had as much fun as I did. The beers are sumptuous. Interesting short menu. I got the falafel: pretty plate with falafels that transforms themselves instantly into tasty crumbs. Highly recommend. Don’t drive, bad idea after a feast at the brewery and with limited parking options."
"Fantastic beers on tap. Great selection of beers. This is a hidden gem in downtown Truckee. Has a great vibe indoors and a fun outdoor seating area. Kid friendly, dog friends and has a small parking lot. Pay parking around town isn’t bad at all. Would recommend!"
