"I ordered a medium pizza. It wasn’t even started yet when I arrived. The lady in the kitchen was extremely rude and talked very loudly and she started that she didn’t care if people had to wait. The kid working was eating the pizza ingredients with his gloves on and never changed them. The kitchen staff was very unprofessional"

"Could be better...but not as good as the other caseys in sheldon...only thing worth a star is they're supposed to be open all nite...doesn't make them good, just available."

"Gaila, the store manager is the nicest and best store manager Ive ever seen of a gas/retail/shopping place! The cashiers are always nice to us and we are thankful for that!"

"I ordered there breakfast deal, on Sun 7/20/2019 pretty late due to I am a night shift worker, around 10:45pm and I also live about 10mins away, so I get home and we open the box to a coffee mug size hole in the middle of our pizza legit looked like bite marks due to the crust and toppings of this section were gone . So I call in lady tells me , person from the shift that ended at 11 made and boxed it, and told me to come in and talk to manager tomorrow about getting a replacement pizza, alright I show up next day to find out no manager works on Sunday and that there is nothing they can do to help me. So here I am with a pizza that looks like hell and poorly made, and looking stupid cause no manager works on Sundays . I do not like being lied too. So I will not recommend this Casey's."
