"Service: The ladies I spoke to were very friendly, efficient, and my food was ready exactly when they said it would be. I enjoyed the interactions, and I think they come across very professional. Food: As awful as I feel about it, I have to say that my family disliked the food. The meat was overcooked and underseasoned. The burritos were drowning in a pool of queso to the extent that each bite was literally dripping queso. Even the fajita mix just had a bland flavor. We came from Phoenix, Arizona, where Mexican cuisine is top tier and hard to beat, but it was just disappointing to experience blandness, overcooked meats, puddles of cheese, and salsa that tasted like watery marinara."

"My husband had beef chimichanga, and it was huge and the meat was so tender and delicious. I had arroz con pollo (rice with chicken and cheese sauce) and asked them to add grilled onion and bacon to it. It was so delicious and I have plenty left for lunch tomorrow! The service was friendly, fast, and efficient."

"I absolutely adore this place. Everytime I come in the staff is very welcoming and friendly, and the restaurant is clean and decorated nicely. They are always very fast and kind. The food is so good. Compared to other similar places I prefer La Pasada. Highly recommend!"

"My family stopped in after a long day on the road. The pork chili verde was one of the best I’ve ever eaten. The staff was so friendly, service was fast AND they refused to let me clean up the mess my son made at the table. Eat here!!"

"Best food in town. The choices are limited because it's a small town in the middle of nowhere in Iowa. Been here for three weeks working and I've eaten at this establishment no less than six times already. And I'll probably eat there 6 more times because the menu is huge. I suggest the fajitas del mar"
