"Drove through drive-thru. Was pretty quick, and cheaper than I thought Taco John's normally was. Got a 6 pack & a pound, with nacho cheese, sour cream on the side and two drinks. Asked for sour cream to be added to our soft shell tacos. Order came to a total of $28.. Sour cream never got added to our Tacos, drinks were bad (no carbonation in one), and between the taste of the tacos, the fact no sour cream was on them, and no hot sauce/taco sauce in the bag, also no napkins (least of our worries), we were disappointed to say the least. Cost would've been there though, had they not messed up everything."
"THEY WERE SO FAST!! I waited like 30 secs for my food. FOOODDDD WASSS TOOO GOOD!! Clean. Their customer service is 10/10."
"Lady that took my order was extremely nice and helpful, the lady that made my order made my entire order without putting on gloves. Touched everything bare hands while wiping off on her pants. Extremely rude, when I asked to speak to a manager first I was told there wasn't one there, then the lady that made my order(without gloves) said she was the manager at that time and that she would remake my order. I declined and asked for a refund and didn't want the food. She proceeded to make other orders for a few minutes then gave me my refund.will never come back to this location"
"Placed an order in the drive thru. Ordered a chicken quesadilla and got a cheese quesadilla with hardly any cheese. Ordered a Steak Boss burrito and got a burrito with 3 pieces of chicken in the end. Not sure what’s going on there. The person working the drive thru was nice, but she didn’t read my order back and I didn’t get a receipt."
"Very rude staff. I first order through DoorDash but, it was taking an awhile for us to get the food so I cancelled the order and order through the app. I went through the drive thru and the lady at the window literally gave me the nastiest look ever when she asked if I was the DoorDash order. Another lady came to help her but left very quickly. The lady working at the window then processed to say “you know that we are timed on food. Your food has been sitting here for awhile.” She then gave me the old food that I ordered on DoorDash that had been sitting there for over 20 mins and closed the window. The food was cold and The order was very incorrect."
