"I was in Sheldon on 3-19-24, and stopped to get a take out order. My traveling companion complained about how slow the service was at Hardee’s in Sheldon. But she lamented it’s probably been 2+yrs since she’s been there. I said well let’s check them out, and see how they do today! The service was quicker but the Chocolate Shake I ordered was so pale in color and didn’t have any chocolate flavor at all. I should have said something when they handed it to me, but I was hoping that despite the lack of chocolate coloring that it would still taste like chocolate. But it didn’t have any chocolate flavor either. I probably get to Sheldon maybe 1 time a year, so I’ll just ignore my inclination to order anything at Hardee’s in Sheldon, the next time I’m there, if they are still in business then!"
"First time visiting, just moved to the area. My wife and I really enjoyed the service from the staff including the manager along with great service and hot food. The restaurant was clean and welcoming. Thanks for the great first impressions, we'll be back as regular customers."
"Horrible customer service, one of the workers Peggie absolutely horrible service. Had trouble hearing us over the coms we pulled up and just attitude. Wished her a Merry Christmas and she sticks out the window and does a snark. Would not recommend going to Hardee’s"
"I love Hardee's, it's in my top ten fast foods.....when it's done right. Stopped in on 9/13/23 and first of was not even acknowledged by the guy at the register, made me wait and then just stood there, didn't even say hello. When I placed my order he was short with me and rude. Then to top it off my Fry's were cold, the gave me the wrong sandwich size (I usually get the big roast beef) and there was barely any meat on it, it was like I got the portion size for the regular, same thing on my wifes Big roast beef. And this isn't the first time, I often have my food poorly prepared or messed up. Breakfast I rarely have problem, but the night staff is terrible in my opinion."
