"The new property manager Kristi Crane was great and is the main reason I’m not leaving a low rating. We had some issues living in their property, but most were worked out after getting a little frustrated and having to make some noise. Before you sign the lease be sure to look at the move-out date because they will date it a few days before the end of the month and then charge you a full month’s rent at the end of your lease which is wrong. The pre-written wording in the Texas Realtors Residential Lease they used assumes people are moving out on the last day of the month. It doesn’t make sense putting in an earlier date. It wouldn’t hold up in court, but who wants to waste their time suing for $150. They really need to type up their own lease with the wording they want if that’s how they want to do things OR prorate the last month - which they don’t. To me it’s just theft."

"I called and not very helpful at all!! The young lady on the phone did not know anything about the property, community or area and acted like I was bothering her. She was too busy to try and help me locate a home when I explained I was moving into the area. This is not a company I will be visiting when I make the trip to visit the area to find a home to move into. When the call rang in, it stated it was recording my call. They should review that call."

"For starters, I suffer from PTSD, depression and anxiety. I own support pets to help me with my illness. Right now I am staying in a hotel away from me pets until I find a home. I was send to Raffaelli, since they also rent homes. They send me to a duplex to check it out for renting it. Place was filthy, cabinet doors hanging off, just like I just walked into a construction site. Showers dirty, found bodily fluids in one of the toilets. Send a text to the phone number I had from them, and informed them of the find. The next day, I get a text, letting me know that they were aware of the condition, something they failed to mention. They informed me that they have maintenance and cleaning crew on site now, and when completed, they will let me see it again. I told them that I would be interested in giving it another go since I love the floor plan, only if the place was fixed up and cleaned. They told me that they would contact me when it's done. I periodically checked in, and was told that it was not ready yet. When I called them today, they told me that its now rented out. When I mentioned that I was told that I would get another chance to view the home, the person on the phone just told me that they other people who now rented the duplex already submitted an application , and to them it's first come first service. Don't waste your time with them, they don't care about anyone."

"when we started moving furniture into our rent home, we found bed bugs in the carpet and around the baseboards. our garbage disposal also did not work and we submitted a maintenance request in February and it never got addressed (moved in May). they were understanding when it came to the pandemic but overall was not satisfied with them and ultimately found something better fit for our family with another realtor."
