"This is NOT good for families. DO NOT come here. Pretty sure this place is a halfway house. There is a pool/hot tub. Hot tub is colder than the pool. ZERO towels for use. There is a restaurant that is or isn't open. No signage. It's a guessing game. People live here. This isn't a hotel. It was a very very strange experience. To say the least, we were up and out as early as possible the next day."

"Don't let the initial looks deceive you. The employees are all very wonderful and the room was very clean. I will say that the breakfast experience was absolutely abysmal. I had never seen such a miserable excuse for a breakfast. It was a great experience from check in until checkout! Thank you!"

"This has got to be one of the worst hotels I've stayed in. It smells like sulfur inside (everywhere) Only one washer and dryer works so there are people literally lined up to do laundry. I'm going to wear dirty clothes tomorrow because I'm not staying all night to wash clothes. The air conditioner is a household window unit rigged in the wall with duct tape. There is absolutely no hot water. Food all over the floor in the lobby. The floors in the elevator are covered in sticky spilled drinks. If I didn't have a back injury I would have already left and found somewhere else but I'm between a rock and a hard spot. I will be getting a refund, and that's a guarantee Edit: It only got worse. The breakfast looked like it was thrown together by infants. The only hot meal available was biscuits and gravy and the gravy was so burnt it wasn't close to being paletteable. The breakfast juice machine was out of order so there wasn't anything to drink with your breakfast anyways. If I wasn't in so much pain last night, I most definitely would have stayed elsewhere. I don't care if this was the last hotel in the state, I'll travel to find something else. It's sucks because this place has so much potential but it's begging for mercy. Put a wrecking ball to it and call it a day. Now.... off to buy breakfast"

"Really happy we stayed here. Lisa was so upbeat, fun and friendly when we checked in, almost forgot we just drove 12 hours through an AR rain storm. Halls could use some upgrades, but rooms updated and gave lots of space for my dog to play. Beds were comfortable too."

"This place is a rundown to the point that it not even good enough for animals. Our whole floor smelled of pet urine that it made our room smell. Staff didn’t seem to care. Guest laundry is filthy I wouldn’t put my pet in there. Again staff didn’t care. One elevator working so you had to wait a while for it. So my advice is to stay somewhere else unless you’re okay with the smell of urine and filthy guest amenities they offered. If I could give them a zero I would. ."
