"From the moment I checked in, I knew my stay was going to be good. James was very informative on things in the area and gave a map about me even asking. He was attentive even while multitasking at check in. Good first impressions are hard to come by especially in the hotel industry. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the ac was cool. My only thing about the room that most really don’t think about is dust. Make sure the showers, bedside lamps and headboards are wiped down daily even in a room that wasn’t previously used the night before. Breakfast was the typical breakfast with no complaints on my end. Crystal went over and beyond for my family and that says alot about her. We don’t eat pork, so she made us Turkey sausage immediately as well as made sure it was served the next morning since she knew we’d be there. Again, amazing customer service! The pool was nice, kids loved it but less chlorine for the future. My son’s eyes were burning afterwards. Overall, it was a great experience and this will be my Texarkana hotel. Ps stay on the 5th floor for the great view"

"I can't say enough about Kent. He went above and beyond to make sure that my stay was pleasant. I will definitely be back if I'm ever in the area again. The room was nice and nicely equipped. The only thing that I had a small issue with was breakfast starting later than most chains. But all in all, great experience!"

"Stay here for one night on my road trip. I had the king suite I believe. Room was very spacious, clean, and the pool was nice and warm. I definitely recommend if ur passing thru that area. Also there were plenty of restaurants and stores within a half mile radius."

"This was the absolute worst hotel experience I’ve had. $200 a night, the room was dirty… The bathroom had hair all over the floor showing they don’t sweep or mop, it was so much dirt in the corners of the bathroom, the toilet was dirty. The worst part was the dishes had food on them!! I took pictures. If that wasn’t enough, when I went to ask for more towels he gave me a stare and didn’t give me the amount I asked for, asked me to set my towels outside so they could pick them up, they never did, never came by my room to clean in the morning. My husband went down there to ask for a extra blanket and the man responded we don’t have any, my husband said y’all must be busy and the employee responded “nah people just keep coming down here with requests”… As if he were annoyed. Horrible service and a dirty room, for $200 a night? I should’ve left and went elsewhere but we didn’t get there until 4am and my children were exhausted. Next time I will just leave though."
