"It's a very nice apartment. However, they have horrible roach problems and they won't spray unless you request it each time which I find annoying and then they won't spray unless you're home either which is twice as annoying. I've had them spray back to back and the roaches are still coming out so obviously they ain't spraying right. They also don't fix up the apartment when someone moves out because when I moved in my apartment was disgusting and freezing (as I moved in last December). They didn't have the heat on at all. I'm surprised they had the electricity on. I also had to pay the last person's electricity bill when I moved in so be prepared for that. However, they do keep up with the lawn and that's a bit nice to see. However, they do need to get the apartments repainted and take more pride in taking care of the apartments. With that being said I say move in at your own risks."

"No one is ever in the office to answer the phone, maintenance doesn’t fix anything. Bad customer service all around."
"Drove from Mississippi to Texas twice. The first time I came was to pay app fees and deposit. Nobody ever contacted me afterwards. I had to then travel back to Texas for fingerprints. I called after 3 days and then they said I had to pay a 2nd deposit for my son who is disabled and under 21. Also get legal guardianship papers for my son. The lady in the office I talked to was very rude so I just told them to refund me my money. Not worth it. The leasing lady in the main office need an attitude check because everyone will not accept rude behavior nor disrespect. Always remember your first impression is that lasting one and DISRESPECT HAS NO EXPIRATION DATE!!"
"Very nice comunity apts . Didn't no these were over here so beautiful. I sure hope they r affordable n my budget . Would love to live here for long time . I wander if they go by Income. I see hope they r affordable rent an I make enough to get n . I could c myself here for a long period ."
