"Nothing gets fixed around here..parking lots are trashed..grass rarely gets cut..most ppl here aren’t friendly at all..stay away"

"I dont normally give reviews but this place is so bad that if I can help someone from wasting their time and money then I'm going to. First it's hard to get maintenance to do anything. Our house was literally flooding and they said oh well deal with it till Monday. Lay some towels down they said. This was on a Saturday.they let kids run rampant and won't do wanting about it. Our neighbors car has been damaged and they didn't kick them out like they said. But they will kick you out cause you didn't agree with them on something then they will ignore your calls and text to talk with them about it. We have to do our pest control. Our fence is dry rotted and we have been telling them that since day 1 And they never replaced it. Had to pay for it out of our own pocket to replace boards and fix it ourselves . Don't live here. Find somewhere else. Also there is mold in the walls and they don't seem to care."

"This is the worse place I have ever lived. You can't get maintenance Todo anything because they are more worried about running their furniture business out of the office shop. You have to pay for allot of things that most places take care of like air filters. The manager Keith Solly is never here and he picks and chooses over who gets to stay based on rather he likes you or not. Don't piss him off with your opinion or you will get evicted. They constantly raise the rent. There are children that run everywhere and throws rocks at cars but they don't do anything about it and everyone argues with everyone here. It's a battle Field. I've gotten to the point to where I don't even go out front of my apartment anymore because of drama. Don't move here! We're leaving asap!"

"The lady Crisey(i think that is her name) gave me the run around for about 2 weeks. She wasnt retuning my phone calls, and when she did pick up the phone she acted like i was bothering her. I put my 30 day notice in at the place I'm leaving, thinking that i would be getting the duplex. For her to call me with the most sarcastic voice saying that someone put a deposit down no need for me to come. She was not concerned what so ever. Thank you very much MA'AM!"

"I’ve lived here for a little over a year. I do not advise anyone living here. You have to pay for your own pest control and filter. Things break so easily, you have to ask them about cutting the grass, they don’t cut the back yard grass AT ALL! They LET ANYONE stay here. Its trashy and ghetto, with tons of children running around. Kids aren’t the problem but they have parents who don’t care what they do. DONT MOVE HERE!!!!"
