"Steer clear from this place and save yourself the headache of dealing with the people who run it. If you look at the reviews all the most recent ones are negative and for good reason. They don’t do a good job managing this apartment complex. If you want to rent from people that care about their tenants then go someplace else, it’s not worth the hassle."

"DO NOT RENT HERE!! Aside from potholes littered all over the property and broken down and abandoned cars that never get moved from their parking spots. They advertise a pool that never gets cleaned, and has a layer of muck sitting on the water the entire time I stayed there (wouldn’t be surprised if it still is). Management is extremely hard to reach over the phone almost as if they’re never in the office and don’t return any messages whatsoever. I have to call at least 5-6 times in a row for someone to finally come to the phone. Very unorganized and unprofessional management. I was willing to let all this go until I was also charged an extra month’s rent after terminating my lease early and paying all my fees. This stayed on my account almost a year after my stay and continued to ruin my credit. Management had no urgency whatsoever in helping resolve my issue or return any of my countless calls/messages. Whether the management is new or old, they do not care about their tenants! It was a terrible experience even months after not being there, DO NOT RENT HERE!"

"Well, the staff is a non social management staff. Not what I expect when I first moved in. 99 dollar move special was not a move in special. It was a down payment more than a rent payment. Found out a week after I moved in. My rent was due when I just moved in. Could not see the apartment because of covid outbreak. Too much traffic and pot holes everywhere. But plenty places to park. One large bedroom but closet was small! Not for a couple to share. This why I gave 2 stars."

"Where do I even start, poor customer service and these office staff here take themselves entirely to seriously. The staff will also ignore the proceedings in their own lease that they wrote. The lease states that "either party has to give at least a 60 days notice to end the contract" and that it automatically goes month to month at the end of the first year of the lease. Apparently it's fine to break the lease and evict a tenant who is up to date and current on rent with less than 60 days notice, mostly because I complain about the disrepair of the unit and the complex, it's all good though I have already contacted the BBB"

"For the money, this place isn't the worst place to live. The speed bumps in the apartment complex are absolutely horrendous. Also, I definitely think if you're going to advertise having a pool and completely neglect to open it then that should be discussed prior to signing a lease. That's the only thing I thought was completely unethical. The updated apartments were nice enough. Any time I had a maintenance request it was taken care of in a reasonable amount of time. If you trying to save money during a short stay in Texarkana definitely go for this place, but if you're looking for a good accommodations pass on to something nicer."
