"The apartments are very nice. When they approved me (a year later) they called me and gave me 3 days to come up with the rent and deposit. I couldn't, so they gave my apartment away Update: So after I was told to call at my earliest convenience. I called them the next day, no one answered. So now I'm on the waiting list again. #115 on the list.,..smh"
"The apartments look very nice. I'm not a huge fan of apartments. However, compared to what they once were it looks really good."
"I was one of the first tenants when they were first built and recently moved back June they are very nice units but the staff are lazy and have nasty rude attitudes which is why they’re always changing staff. I pay my rent faithfully never been late never had any complaints, unit always clean but staff show favoritism and I’ve called the corp office these peony do not return calls. I don’t the owners know or even care about how their business is being ran it’s all about you paying your rent on time but when your unit need repair they have you waiting months and that’s not fair to the tenants. After my lease is up I will never do business with these people again"

"I live here I was one of the first ones that moved out here.... quiet until the kids get out but overall gd place ....I also want 2 give a huge huge shout out 2 the newest maintenance man J he is a hard worker need 2 give him a raise and higher level in job... he is accurate... nice.... polite... he does his job 2 the best of his ability... we haven't had that in quite sometime now... thx 4 ur hard work..."
