Nash Senior Village

"Filthy with roaches now. Manager is a lying, backstabbing, sneaking snake. Beware. She will sit in front of you and lie right to your face. She does not want to hear any complaints and does nothing but sit in that office and collect a check. Fakes concern, says how she will take care of something, but does NOT care at all about tenants. A rock has more personality and compassion. She doesnt even answer the phone or call people back. It used to be a nice place, but its falling into disrepair now with her mismanagement. There's dog filth all over the yard and spots in the building hallways not ever cleaned up, nobody uses the dog station in the back of the property Everyone walks dogs right in the yard and never cleans up after them, you can see mess all over the grass everywhere. Nothing done about it. Too bad I cant give it several minus stars for the dishonest and horrible manager alone."

"Not only has this complex went from being brand new and nice to absolutely filthy and over ran with cockroaches, the management does nothing whatsoever about it. Very unprofessional to say the least. Not only myself but 3 other residents that I personally referred have had to move due to the uncontrolled roach situation. If you are looking for a nice place DO NOT CONSIDER NASH SENIOR VILLAGE!"

"The 3 years that I have lived here had been good for me as a place in living. The space is great!!! These apartments are a place to live just as others. As anywhere, when things break down, they fix it or should. There are opportunities for many nice FREE activities. The amenities are very good. The staff is very deceitful. When you clean the place spotless on move out, do not expect to get your deposit, they will keep it for themselves. I am just telling the truth!"

"Just moved here at the end of May. They have changed management and she hasn't introduced herself to the residents all she's has done is send out dictations about what we need to remove from our patio's and front doors etc. And I was told by another resident that she said she was not doing maintenance request unless you come sit in front of her. We have online mainly request that we can put in and I guess she's not going to honor those. So I'm going to sit in front of her cause this is rediculous."

"The elevators got hit from a storm about FIVE WEEKS ago. There is one working elevator (NOW) that is closest to the office. My mom lives on the 3rd floor at the end furthest away from the office. My mom is an elderly heart patient. It has been a daily struggle for her to come and go. The fact that not only has this not been fixed, but that nothing has been put in place to check on these elderly residents some of whom are on walkers and wheelchairs, is despicable and completely neglectful. This Complex clearly does not care about it's residents, only making sure they collect the monthly checks and keep their occupancy up. There have been no follow up calls, emails or flyers given to the Residents to let them know when it will be fixed. They have been told basically to stop asking when the part is coming in to fix the elevator...I would like to think if this was their mother or father that was struggling they would fly to wherever said part is and make sure the elevator got fixed."
