The Pines at Richmond Apartments

"HUGE problem with workmen walking into my home without notice. Once had a workman claim he was doing work on my neighbors ac but barged into my apartment to check the air filter. I was home alone with hardly any clothes on. No knock or anything just suddenly inside my home when I had put in no work order. Had happened multiple times before and has happend after even when I complained. I don't feel safe here but I'm stuck. I understand they all have keys to ALL the apartments and yada yada the lease says this or the lease says that. I was raised to have respect for other people. Even if it isn't a respect thing, one of my ENTIRE paychecks goes to rent. I think I deserve at least a KNOCK on the door so I can put clothes on!"

"One star is too much for this place. Management is non-existence. Do not entertain!!! Unfortunately my family occupies space there."

"The lady in the office was nice and took all our papers for the other property they have. Only reason for two stars is the wait to get a unit, and the fact an advertisement said it was 99 move in and in reality is 300."

"Management is not concerning about the apartment problem. Manager on sites is not helpful at all. Not recommend this apartment for small kids. Not family friendly apartment and also nothing else for the family and kids for their recreational activities. The pool is always closed during summer and always dirty ( frogs, cockroaches and other reptiles insect etc. is living in that mud like swimming pool of this apartment. U make sure when u move here everything is clean because all the kitchen cabinet and drawers have alot of molds even the bathroom tub."

"It was not a safe environment. The cops are always there and I broke my lease because there was a shooting outside my apartment. I lived there 4 months and they had issues keeping maintenance up because they were constantly unable to keep a maintenance man on staff and when they do hire someone the work is never completed. My work orders would only have 1-2 things done and before I left most of everything I had complained about the first week that I was there nothing was done about. I was there 4 months. My apartment was flooded twice. There were squirrels in my attic for 3 months before anything was done about it and now because I broke my lease they are charging me a unfair amount. Even though I moved out because I was in fear of my life on top of them not taking care of their property. My apartment should have never been allowed to be rented out. We moved from Pennsylvania and were expecting to move into a nice apartment complex and we were undoubtfully deceived."
