"Don’t park in the wrong parking spot over here. Then try to defend yourself against The Property Manager Tia’s, barrage of curse words. She will threaten to shot you!!! I’ve never seen or heard anything like this before, so unprofessional."

"Do not try to get a apartment here. It will be a complete and total waste of your time. Me and my girlfriend put in applications after going to take a look at an apartment here. It took the property manager a over week to even look at our applications. When she finally got in contact with us she would text us once or twice a day then not contact us back for a whole day. It took a whole week just to give her the basic information because of the response time. After she took that information she completely cut contact with us and we haven’t heard anything since. We’ve texted her and called her for a full week and have decided that it’s not even worth it at this point. We saw it as if this is how she is before we even actually have the place then there is no telling how much worse it is when you’re actually living there."

"He took $70 for our application fee fraudulently because he didn't tell us we wouldn't even qualify until 7 hours after the applications were submitted and processed. He tried to tell us that he couldn't refund the money when we pulled out which was before the background check was even ran. We will be reporting him to the FTC. None of the information stated by him after the fact was anywhere on the paperwork which we looked over numerous times to make sure we didn't miss anything. He told us one thing then changed what he was saying after he already had our money and the application had been processed. If we would have known we wouldn't qualify why would we spend $70 on an application we wouldn't have even be approved on? The original agreement to which we were entering into were then changed after we had already paid. If your looking into these apartments, beware."

"I moved into this apartment September 1, 2014 and moved out December 6, 2014. February 2015 placed on my credit that I owed for a BROKEN LEASE. When my ORIGINAL LEASE EXPIRED, I asked the THEN Manager Penny about lease and what my situation was. She said my lease was up and I was considered month to month. OK so no need to sign anything NO MA'AM. NEW MANAGER arrives, I continue to pay $450. I was FORCED to move out because the maintenance guy asked about my 1985 Chevy pickup and was it for sale. No it's not. HE said Everything is for sale; EVEN YOU. A week later, Friday after 5:00pm, a noticed was placed on my door saying my truck had to be moved by Monday or it would be towed. On Monday (truck was moved by myself) I asked Manager about the letter, she said the OWNERS was interested in my truck and had been wanting her to post it but she didn't but when the Maintenance Guy AND Owners talked SHE HAD TO SEND NOTICE. SO I STARTED GETTING READY TO MOVE. When I moved out, I handed the Manager the key. I asked about the deposit. She LAUGHED and said GIRL YOU AIN'T GETTING NO DEPOSIT. THESE FOKES AIN'T LIKE THAT. THEY GONE FIND A REASON TO KEEP IT. I WOULDN'T DO ALL THAT CLEANING. So now HOW DO I owe and NO LETTER was sent to even say so."
