"Richmond Oaks is a great place to live.Ms.Jamie & Ms.Dewlaya In front office makes sure we are very comfortable living here . They really appreciate their residents. I have brand new stainless steel appliances, new washer and dryer, all of the fixtures are new and so much more. What little maintenance issues I’ve had were handled the same day.They office staff really made us feel welcome. They really do go above and beyond I’m happy to be here and will continue to recommend this apartment complex.5 star complex"

"I’ve lived there for the past two years , and it was never quiet as they tried to sell to me to even decide to rent here mybad it was just my building but it never got better and the price I was paying for a 1 bedroom I expected to be heard and taken seriously and I wish I would’ve known what I had to deal with before I signed . I had neighbors who would literally sit outside my front door , bedroom window , and living room window talking all day long on the phone from early morning to late at night and would never stop , no matter if I worked nights or days I could never sleep and they never did anything about it because it was a police officer family. Their children would play at all times of the day as if they didn’t have school and all through the night sometimes past 11pm , I would let it slide until my guests would complain and sometimes my friends and family could even hear how loud it actually was when they were simply on the phone . I tried ear plugs and everything to compromise because the office wouldn’t take my complaints seriously. I’ve had friends and a brother who lived here previously in the past 5 years who told me not to rent because of their experiences and still chose to give them a chance and it was exactly what they said it would be . The management is passive aggressive and smug . I will say maintenance was ALWAYS PROFESSIONAL AND NICE and I never had an issue , they were the best part of the experience. I would express my issues politely to management and respectfully would let them know what I had to deal with and nothing ever changed I just felt defeated every time to where I stopped going them them these last few months . I would just be wasting my breath and got treated unfairy when I did , I previously left a review and deleted it last year trying to give them a chance because the school district I worked for was liter yo the street soni needed to be in the area ,and I’ve regretted it ever since . They are now charging me for a smoke smell when I’m currently 8 months pregnant and cameras will show that I had ZERO visitors in thes past months my neighbors smoked in the building and like they previously posted on all resident’s doors that if one smokes in their unit the ones in building can smell it and be affected by it , now I’m being charged after getting my apartments fully cleaned carpets and all . They were closed for the holidays and now are trying to say it smelled like smoke when the cleaner from the carpets and the cleaners we just used daily were so strong that you could barely breath . Days later after I need my deposit and they are now open they are saying that it smells of smoke …. They were closed for 3 days and they gave it time to sleep of the smoke from my neighbors awhile smoked daily in their unit and I guess when it came to me they ignored the fact that I. The letter they previously handed out that if one smokes in their unit it can seep into the next and for days they weren’t there to check my unit . So when they finally did it smelled of smoke as they supposedly say …bi wa shelled at and treated ride just because I’m not a resident anymore as of the 31st of December. After I made my review and deleted it they started treating me differently. They wouldn’t put review papers and other memos on ALLLLL other residents doors but mine , I would notice it and my family would and we found that strange now I just know I was being treated differently because they didn’t want me to tell the truth of my experience.. I’ve had people ask if I would recommend them to move there and I’ve always said no I. These past two years ."
