"The property has been neglected for years (obvious by walking around). Piles of stuff by pool area and wood covering something on front of a building. I talked to tenants and several mentioned a rent increase every year but don't do anything to the property. I saw mold walking around (some areas have partical board that was peeling like layers of paper) and while driving through saw there are obvious area's that had standing water almost to patios. Needs a fresh coat of paint and dumpsters piled so high it was falling out and people just piled more around it. I turned around. For what they charge, you would expect better."
"I am going on 5 years as a resident. Because, the staff is professional friendly. The location is perfect, near mall, hospital, schools and park. They are affordable and maintenance is timely. Thank You Creekside North for giving back to the community!"
"Recently just moved from the apartments it was my first apartment and was the worst experience that anyone could ever imagine their apartments are infested with bugs nothing I used would get rid of them. Their maintenance men are just straight horrible they don’t fix anything they will come in your apartment and take things of value. An managemt knows about it but continue to let them “fix things in the apartments” and the management system no words can describe it. She’s rude talks to you any kind of way and will make up anything to say you owe them (her) money. This was a well lesson learned to never deal with a slum landlord."
"I heard a lot of things about these apartments once I moved in. I can honestly say though it has been nothing like the negative things I've heard. I haven't experienced any of those things. Mrs Becky is a sweet lady. She's the office manager and everytime I call she sends someone promptly. Which I havent had to many maintenance issues anyway. There's a lot of children and kids will be kids. So far I couldn't have asked for better management. Thanks"
"Been here for a year, the place looks old but is not a bad place to live, close to the mall, store and pharmacy. rental is fine and management do take action on people who do not follow the rules - they kick them out. Quiet, no body messes up with you."
