Woodbridge Apartments

"I have lived here on the Woodbridge properties in Texarkana Texas now for around nine or ten years. I am proud to say that Ms Tonya Foreman and the maintenance crew especially Mr. Oscar have treated me with respect in all ways respect can come. They (the manager and our maintenance staff) has truly answered any questions about whatever I came to them with concerning my apartment #40 be it heating or plumbing indoor or outdoors, any security concerns, pest infestations etc. They would take care of the matter as promptly as they can, because some things have to be ordered. There has been other tenants who don't go by the rules and I have seen Ms. Foreman handle it with the professionalism of leadership. I am pleased with this team and I know that as you all supply them with what is needed that we are headed in the right direction of a five star worthy experience every day!!"

"Ive Never RENTED from a Place were the apartment Manager Toya Is So RUDE!! She never in the Office!! Exspecially On the 1st -5th. You Literally Have To Chase her Down, and Play Cat &Mouse Games To Pay Your RENT! I have already Been a Victim Of The DropBox! Last Year Around the same time In October.My Money Order Was Stolen Outta Of The DropBox by One Of the Employees! So Unprofessional how do you run a Company an Your Never There.! The Neighbors Next Door Are Nasty an Filltly! Roaches coming in my apartment from next Door i Constantly have to Call the office an make complants about the Roaches Coming From Next Door! They Never Spray next door for the roaches because my neighbors are from another Country! Were there beliefs are different. They constantly Cook Curry Powder all day Long Its so Strong it Comes threw the Vents Into My Apartment, the neighbors down stairs can even smell it! We all have complained to TONYA about it. Nothings been done. I have rain residue on the top of my ceilings. Ive complained about it, all they did was come out and paint over it! Its looks like Mold almost! But they claim its not.! The security is alright. But ive constantly had my apartment and cars broken into sense ive been living here. There under new management but. The new management is biting so far up Ms.Toya Ass that it does no Good To Call them. Ive had an hell of a year at this apartment complex.! I warn anybody tp stay far far far away from Woodbridge!! There hell on wheels. Into they get a real apartment manager that really cares for her tenents! This place will never be ran right.!! Ive been nothing more than good to this lady, but the level of careless she has for her tenents is Ridicalous!!"
