"My wife gifted me a couple's massage for Christmas, and we were both very excited to receive them. However, when we showed up, the person working the front desk ignored us while she was having a private conversation with a customer for nearly 15 minutes. Their discussion had nothing to do with business, and could have easily been paused for paying customers. When we were finally brought back, we were told that because our "masseuses" were actually a cosmetologist and an unlicensed aide, they would not be able to massage our backs or legs, which are the parts that would benefit the most from a massage! This was the second issue in a matter of weeks. A few weeks before Christmas my wife showed up for her appointment only to be told that it had not been put in the system, so they would not be able to see her. We have supported this spa for as long as we can remember, getting services, referring others, and buying about a dozen gift certificates over the years. I don't know if ownership has changed or if the management is poor, but we will not be returning here, and will steer people away from it."
"I have supported this business since moving here in 2019. Getting massages for myself on my limited income, buying for others, and recommending them. I received a gift card while in RN school that I saved for graduation because I was too busy to use it and wanted it as a reward. I didn’t realize it expired and they refused to honor it. So much for loyalty."
