"Was completely ignored by the staff until we grabbed the rod to get our own shirt down then the worker came running over, pushing against an autistic man sending him into a panic without one word of apology, excuse me, nothing."
"I walked around several minutes with 2 staff at the register gossiping while completely ignoring all the customers (5-7 of us). There was one younger girl working hard, organizing merchandise that saw me and greeted me. Poor girl she was the only one doing work while the older folks literally stood around talking about people the whole 10 minutes I was there. I even walked near the register to see if they would stop long enough to ask me if I was ready to check out but nothing. So I walked out...to the young girl with blue hair, you are a Rockstar and I know you know your teammates are lousy but don't ever lose your spirit and ethic!"

"The staff here is cooler than you'd believe!! They were helpful and funny. I actually dropped and broke something in the store and they handled it so well. I really appreciate the way they treated it as the accident that it was. They full explained the mailing list, the bonuses you get for being in the 'club'. Also, the selection is surprisingly wide for such a small mall. I am from a much larger city and the Hot Topic there was no where near as nice as this one, from the staff to the stock-I prefer the Texarkana store!"
