"If I could give them a negative rating I would. I went there the first time and the guy Steven did a horrible job. I called them to let them know so can fix it. So they agreed to fix it. Went back in to have them fixed and he did an even more horrible job. They were lopsided and they looked like a first grader did them. I will never go there again."
"I went today and I got my eyebrows waxed. I did love the look. Usually I don’t pay anymore than 10.00 for my eyebrows. After I paid, I asked him where to leave a tip, because usually I am able to put it in. This guy said he added a 1.00 tip. Very odd to do that, but I shook it off. Well, I checked my bank account at I was charged $14.10. I am very disappointed. That is theft! I won’t be back, and I’m going to allow karma to handle it. Stealing is wild, I was going to leave a nice tip, but I guess he decided to take it."
"I have been a few times.. Great hospitality & greeting. I was one of the first ppl there but as they became busier the nail tech became very unprofessional. I needed a fill within the next week. That appointment was great. The other nail tech fixed my nails and I loved them. Next fill the lady tech that I loved was asked to stop and the first lady began putting nails that look like crows feet on my hand. She is sweet but she messes my nail up every time."
"The best nail salon I've found in town. I've been going to Kim for my nails since 2010. The whole staff is friendly and noligable. I think they all do a great job. Pedicures are the best. My feet were so far gone today. The gentleman that did my pedicure made me look like I had new feet! Lol I feel so much better with my nails and feet done. A new Lady today."
