"My boyfriend bought me 2 of the effasol color removal packettets the day before they said it's the last two, but I needed another one so I looked online and it says it's available so next morning i called and confirmed it before I went into the store. 5 mins later I showed up the same old lady that picked up my call from the morning saw me she didn't bother saying hi, so I said to her I'm the person who called this morning about the Effasol she looked annoyed and mumbled to me it's by the silver aisle or something so I tried looking for it by myself then she came and when it's time to ring me up she asked me to sign up for a membership I said no I'm ok. Then she said the product is only for professionals that she can't bypass it. I told her my bf bought 2 yesterday and it says I can buy it online. She said maybe try that then as she took the product back and put it back the shelf. Sure enough I bought the item online for a pick-up and it went thru she then proceeded to make me wait then when she finally gave me my stuff she never apologized or said thank you. God, I have been a customer with Sally Salon for a long time I have never countered someone as rude as this lady. Its like I'm not even a customer like I'm a bother to her that I showed up to buy stuff from the store!"

"The old lady always has an attitude and follows you around like your stealing. She’s not really helpful, feels like she’s judging you and like I said has an attitude about what your buying /looking for. I put my stuff back and went to a different Sally’s."

"Came in to get hair coloring supplies to do my child's hair and got great help from the staff there. We ended up getting some mail polish as well as the things we needed."

"I was there 10/31/19 between 10:30 and 11:00 am. The woman who helped me was not able to listen to what I wanted and just kept repeating that she didn’t know what I was talking about. She was very rude so I left. She followed me to the car and sort of apologized and said I should come back in I accepted her apology but said no and she kept at it till I said I would come in and then she just treated me very rudely again. I would be very hesitant to shop there again. I would not want to ever deal with her again."

"TERRIBLE STAFF IN THIS STORE. I visited multiple times in hopes to find my hair color and it’s been out of stock for months. I’ve been patient and kind to the staff about it the times I’ve asked to see if they’ll be getting it or if they have more, and each person I’ve interacted with acts as if it’s bothersom for me to ask for help. Even when it’s slow and the store isn’t busy. I’m not someone to write reviews, but after being treated the way I was, I need to make sure it is known. Even 2 other customers overheard the way I was spoken to today and mentioned they didn’t have to be so rude to me. This is not acceptable and I don’t say this for me personally, but as a store. Very poor customer service and I will be reaching out to a district or regional manager."
