"I was researching online where to get my nails done beforehand and chose this place due to location and pricing on their website. After finishing she told me the price and it was 25% more then what it said on their web page. I was 1st told that it wasn't their web page LOL It was obviously the address and phone number to the location. I was then told the prices have changed 2 times since the page was made. Not in the mood to have an argument I paid and left. Shady tactics! Any buisness that has a price on their own website should honor that price! Please update your pricing on the web page so it's not false and misleading! Don't make up and change prices after someone has already completed their service! Stating in writing one price and then charging another is referred to as a bait and switch scam."
"Literally the best in Minnesota. I've been to many different shops and was never really satisfied. I found NY Nails a few years ago and haven't been anywhere else since. The shop is beautiful and always clean. The ladies are really nice, creating a relaxing environment. My nail technician is Lee Lee and I just love her. She is so thorough and pays attention to all details. Overall, this shop is amazing!"
"This establishment is great... I am writing this review to notify the owners of one staff. She could possibly be dangerous. She verbally abused me for a long time. I let it go. This lady is older skinny has blonde hair with glasses. Her micro aggression was obvious. Last draw for me was when I wanted to ask question about polish, and she yelled at and jerked my hand. I told her I need another nail tech to finish my mani. She seriously has anger issues that spills into her work. My energy sensor told me that she is discriminate against Black people. She decided in her head that we deserve lesser and mean spirited service. Everyone should be treated as individual. No two fingerprints are the same. I typically tip 20%. Not this time due to stressful hostile experience. Next refill I will make sure to request my beautiful kind hearted Kim."
"Got a gel manicure. They only did 2 layers and by the time I got home, three nails had already chipped. Tips of nails not done well and by day 5, every nail was chipped. My last manicure at a different salon lasted over a month. So disappointed!"
